Tip 26: Manage Stress

Managing stress is essential for both the physical and mental health of men.

While some stress is a normal part of life, chronic stress can contribute to serious health problems, including high blood pressure, heart disease, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, and a weakened immune system. Learning healthy ways to cope—such as regular exercise, spending time with loved ones, practicing mindfulness, pursuing hobbies, or talking openly about challenges—can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Taking steps to manage stress isn't a sign of weakness; it's a proactive way to protect health, maintain strong relationships, and improve quality of life. By making stress management a priority, men can build resilience and better navigate life's daily demands.
