Tip 19: Prioritize Sleep

Prioritizing sleep is one of the most important things men can do to protect their health and well-being.

Quality sleep allows the body to recover, supports a healthy immune system, improves concentration and memory, and helps regulate mood and stress levels. Consistently getting too little sleep can increase the risk of serious health problems, including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and depression. Sleep also plays a key role in maintaining energy, productivity, and overall quality of life. By aiming for seven to nine hours of sleep each night and establishing healthy sleep habits, men can improve both their physical and mental health and be better prepared to meet the demands of daily life.
