
Staying active doesn't have to mean spending hours in the gym.
Men can improve their health by finding simple ways to move more throughout the day. Take a brisk walk during lunch, use the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther from the entrance, do yard work, ride a bike, or play a sport with friends or family. Setting a goal of at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week can help improve heart health, increase energy, strengthen muscles and bones, and reduce stress. The key is to choose activities you enjoy so they become part of your routine. Every step counts, and even small amounts of daily movement can add up to significant health benefits over time.
