Tip 11: Manage Stress-Here's how

Men can reduce stress by staying physically active, getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and making time for activities they enjoy. Connecting with family and friends, spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness or deep-breathing exercises, and taking regular breaks from work and technology can also help restore balance and improve emotional well-being. It's important to address stress before it builds up and to seek support when needed. By developing healthy coping strategies and making self-care a priority, men can better manage life's challenges and protect both their physical and mental health.
