​ Men’s Health tip No.6:Quit smoking

Men are at higher risk of developing oral and throat cancer which makes quitting tobacco use a very important step in improving your health, and many of the benefits begin almost immediately.

For example, your body’s oxygen level increases and blood pressure decreases within 24 hours of quitting smoking, and you may notice improved sense of smell and taste within 48 hours.Other long-term benefits include reduced coughing and shortness of breath, reduced risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and improved health and life expectancy.
