First and Third Thursday of every month 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Class is limited to the first 6 participants. In our new Wellness Activity Center (next door to our office, 616 N. Virginia St., Ste. A)

Beginner's restorative yoga class designed to improve fatigue and body tension, with a Focus on yoga philosophy, asana, breath work, and other relaxation techniques. Hosted by Dr. Cristina E. Pinal.
