Tai Chi is a Chinese martial arts form that is practiced as a form of moving meditation. Tai Chi helps to slow down, cultivate mindfulness, develop strength, flexibility and balance. Please bring comfortable shoes and loose clothing, preferably sweat pants or yoga pants. Hosted by Dr. Kim Diaz, certified instructor.
